Project Background

About Client Request

The client’s goal was to launch an all-in-one telehealth ecosystem to centralize all clinic operations and virtual patient care into one unified system. Their clinics were using different tools for appointment booking, online consultations, prescriptions, payments, and patient records, making daily operations slow and difficult to manage. They needed a secure SaaS solution that could support multiple clinics while keeping each clinic's data separate and protected. The platform also had to meet Australian healthcare standards, improve the patient experience, and easily scale as more clinics joined the system.


Our Role

Step2gen partnered with the client to design and develop the complete telehealthcare management platform from planning to deployment. We built a secure and scalable solution using Angular for the frontend and .NET Core for the backend, ensuring the platform could handle patient management, appointments, online consultations, prescriptions, payments, and reporting in one place. We also implemented multi-clinic support with secure data isolation, OTP-based login, and role-based access to protect sensitive healthcare information.

Our team integrated essential healthcare and third-party services, including video consultations, digital prescriptions, online payment gateways, notifications, and reporting dashboards. We automated routine clinic tasks, deployed the platform on AWS for better scalability, and ensured it met healthcare compliance and security requirements. The result was a reliable, easy-to-use platform that simplifies clinic operations and supports future business growth.
