Project Background

About the Client

The client provides software solutions for the aviation industry, with a focus on airline cargo operations. They wanted to build a system that helps loadmasters plan aircraft cargo while ensuring compliance with weight balance, safety, and operational requirements.

The project aimed to improve the daily planning process by providing airline teams with a more efficient way to organize cargo, verify loading rules, and prepare flights with greater accuracy.


Our Role

We worked closely with the client to design and develop the complete cargo load planning application. Our team was responsible for building flight planning workflows, cargo management features, a visual cargo hold planner, a validation engine, offline support, cloud synchronization, and administration modules.

We also collaborated with the client to understand airline cargo planning processes, improve workflows based on feedback, and deliver new features throughout the project lifecycle.

Cargo planning often continues in environments with limited or no internet connectivity, requiring the application to remain fully functional offline.

Data Consistency

Changes made offline needed to be synchronized with the cloud later while preventing data conflicts and keeping flight information consistent.
